SzivNet Flower Delivery Service is a network of more than 140 independent local florist shops in Hungary. Since launching our activity in the beginning of 1999, we managed to build up our presence in all major towns including top-level local florists by whom - as far as we know - we have the largest shop network among flower delivery services in Hungary. Currently, by our florist network, we are offering you free delivery to 167 locations
. Our florists often participate in competitions and exhibitions and many of them are well-known masters countrywide. We also have versatile business connections with flower delivery companies in many countries, so reliable and timely delivery is guaranted in those cases as well.
We serve our customers completely, quickly and exactly and our most important purpose is to increase the number of our satisfied and returning customers.
- How can I order a flower arrangement from you ?
Please click on the available flower and wreath pictures and then you will see a description of the product and also its price by sizes and available discounts. Then, please fill in the form, provide all required data and press Submit order button to send it in. Watch your mailbox and look for your order activation mail. Click on the link in that mail and then your order will be submitted and activated. Besides the arrangements we have pictures about, you can also order accessories such as sweets, wine, champagne, vase, balloons, teddy bears, etc, furthermore roses exactly by stems and also our most frequent arrangements by value at the Quick order menu.
Your customized orders are also welcome, but your present may only consist of products being generally available in florist shops.
- Can you deliver my flower gift still today ?
Your present can be delivered on the same day in Hungary if you submit and pay for your order till 15 o'clock on working days as well as till 10 o'clock on weekends. In many cases we can deliver same-day orders to other developed countries on working days, too.
- Do you deliver to weddings and also to funerals ?
Yes, we do and these deliveries have always priority against our other orders. Sympathy arrangements will be shipped to the location of the funeral, one hour before the beginning of the ceremony, without any extra costs.
- What do your prices include on your page ?
They include the price of your present and its delivery charge in all settlements within 3 km ( 2 miles ) calculated from their center where we have a florist shop ( except for Budapest ). See these locations on this map. To other locations we charge additional shipping charge depending on the distance. Please select the appropriate distance on the order submission page or request information from our customer service.
You can see shipping charges to all settlements in Hungary as well as to some locations in the neighbouring countries on this page.
Deliveries can only be done to locations accessible by vehicle on paved public road. If the requested location is not accessible due to bad public road or bad weather conditions, Recipients will be notified and the present can be fetched by them personally at our nearest florist shop.
In Budapest, we charge a flat delivery fee to all shipments which is : 12 US dollars ( 10 Euros, 3000 Forints ).
- What are your prices in case of deliveries outside Hungary, in which countries and locations do you deliver ?
In case of deliveries to other countries, prices may be different from the ones to Hungary, but you must pay a minimal order value. We have no set price list for international deliveries, but we will compile an individual offer for you including shipping charge. We can inform you about where we can deliver within the given country and where not, after having contacted our partner floral service in that country. We suggest you should request information from our customer service before you submit your international flower order.
In case of shipping to certain settlements in Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Ukraine, Austria and Serbia which are located within the range of our florist shops, our inland pricing, shipping charges and business terms and conditions will be applied. In case of Serbia and Ukraine, we charge double delivery fee.
Our minimal order value in all other cases, to all countries is 129 US dollars ( 110 Euros, 33000 Forints ), except for funeral wreaths. In case of funeral wreaths, it is 259 US dollars ( 220 Euros, 66000 Forints ).
We advise you should not be confused by the abundance of floral websites on the whole internet which may even attract you with their impressively lower pricing and much cheaper shipping conditions than ours are. Never submit any orders and never pay before you got into connection with their customer service because it may happen very easily that instead of a pleasant surprise for your recipient, you will be disappointed, you will encounter an unreliable or bad quality service or in the worst cases, you will be ripped-off, you will get no service for your money and your credit card data may even be abused as result of your carelessness.

We know we are not the cheapest on the market. On other websites, you might have seen even unreasonably cheap prices beyond which in most cases, there are usually a low or doubtful quality, unprofessionalism, carelessness, unseriousness, or in worse cases even swindling. It is especially true where free or impressively low shipping charges are offered besides low pricing of the item in question, even to long distance. You can be absolutely sure that you will always receive first-class quality, care as well as fast, exact and professional service from us for your money. Nevertheless, all our foreign partner companies are our reliable and trusted business connections verified many times before.
- How and when will my order be delivered ?
Delivery will be done always personally, by our local florist, from hand to hand at the requested address. We do not ship by post or by courier service companies such as DHL ( see the difference between these two delivery methods on this picture ).
In case of orders to Hungary, we can accept delivery deadline with a three hours' punctuality only. For instance, if you want your present to be delivered at 12 A.M., it can be done anytime between 10.30 A.M to 13.30 P.M. Exceptions are weddings and funerals, in these cases we deliver always on time. If you want a timely delivery in other cases, order our Express delivery service, then your present will have priority and in working time, it will be delivered exactly on time, even within one hour from payment.
We can also deliver sympathy arrangements directly to the cemetery for you and place them on the grave of your loved ones. For this purpose, you must provide us with exact geographical details or GPS - coordinates of the grave in question. To learn exact coordinates, you may use Google Map ( illustrative picture ). Please contact our customer service for further details. We will send you a photo about the grave as your arangement has been placed on it.
Deliveries to other countries are possible on weekdays only, Saturday may also be OK in some cases. We generally cannot accept a more exact delivery time within the requested day, except for funerals and weddings. Those orders are delivered everywhere always on time.
As a general rule, delivery should be done within 10 minutes from the time our delivering agent arrives at the given address. This is especially to be applied if you request shipping to a public place or street as well as to train stations, bus stations or airports. If your recipient is not found at the given location at the given time, or the train, the bus or the flight in question is delayed, our delivering agent cannot wait longer than 10 minutes and your present will be carried back to our local florist where your recipient can collect it later personally. Another option can be that we will deliver it to your recipient's address if you pay repeated delivery charge applicable to the distance calculated from our florist shop in question.
- I would like to attach a letter written by my own hands to my present. Is it possible ?
Yes, it is possible. Please contact our customer service first in writing, for this purpose. This service is available in case of orders to Hungary only and you must also take enough time into consideration which is needed for your letter to get to us by post.
- What happens if the recipient is unreachable, is not at home or at the given address ?
In this case our agent will attempt to give your present to someone who can be expected to hand it over to the original recipient (for instance a family member, a receptionist in hotels, a nurse on the given department at hospitals, a security guard at offices, etc.). In these cases delivery will be regarded as done orderly. It is also important that you should always provide your recipient's phone number to enable our delivering agent to be able to contact them that way. If delivery cannot be successfully done by all means for the first time, you have to pay delivery fee for every further attempt, at least 12 US dollars ( 10 Euros, 3000 Forints ) in each case. Repeated delivery service is only available if shipping is done by our own network.
- Will I be notified if delivery has been done ?
Yes, we will send you a confirmation shortly after successful delivery. However, we will notify you immediately by E-mail about its failure if it occurs because of any reason.
- What happens if the recipient or a person acting on their behalf refuses to accept your present because of any reason ?
If the recipient or any person acting on their behalf refuses to accept your present, it shall be regarded as if delivery has orderly been completed and no refund will be available for you. Arrangement will be shipped back to our local florist and if nobody comes to collect it within 4 days, it will be scrapped. In case of flowering plants and accessories, duration of storage is maximally 2 weeks. In case of such unsuccessful delivery, we will immediately notify you in writing.
- Can I order other flowers than displayed on your page ?
Please contact our customer service by E-mail in this case.
- How can you guarantee that the recipient will get exactly what I have ordered ?
The picture and the description of the arrangement you selected will be forwarded to our local florist in your recipient's area and they will compile your arrangement based on these data ( see picture in a pop-up window ). In case of possible lack on stock, some discrepancies may occur, but we will make every effort to create an arrangement of the same colour and look that you ordered. In case of urgent or same-day orders, our florists can usually work from their stock being just available at their shop. Discrepancies which may occur in these above-mentioned cases from your ordered arrangement will mean no faulty performance.
Please mind, however, that product pictures on our website are for illustrative purpose in each case.
- How can you guarantee you will really fulfil my order exactly as I have requested ?
We have already delivered thousands of bouquets and presents and we have satisfied and returning customers and also we can assure you of high-quality and professional work of our florists, they are delivering always timely and orderly. We are very proud of that no founded complaints about deliveries have arrived yet from our customers since we started our business.

- Can I order a smaller present than shown on your site ?
Yes, you can, but we call your honourable attention that you must pay for our minimal order which is 44 US dollars ( 37 Euros, 11000 Forints ) in case of orders to Hungary and to locations in neighbouring countries to where we are delivering by our own network.
The value of our minimal order in all oher cases, to all other countries is 129 US dollars ( 110 Euros, 33000 Forints ), except for funeral wreaths. In case of funeral wreaths, it is 259 US dollars ( 220 Euros, 66000 Forints ).
Regretfully, we are unable to accept orders from you below these values.
- How much must I pay if I want to send only one rose ?
The minimal order value as written above.
- I found a higher payable sum in my order confirmation mail than I expected. Might there be a malfunction in your program ?
No, there are no errors in our program for sure. Please remember it has been you who compiled your order, who revised and approved it and also it was you who pushed Submit order button two times and not anyone of us, so possible errors are most probably on your side. Solution can be in most cases that you should not rush. You should take more attention, read more carefully what your order will consist of. Select the size of the arrangement carefully which you like and which suits your budget, watch which accessory and delivery distance you add to your order. After taking all these into consideration, submit your order once more if necessary.
It is important to notice that you will suffer no damage if you pay more, by any reason, than it is due for your selected arrangement and its delivery charge because we will use up that plus money to enhance your present.
- How soon do I have to submit my order before the requested delivery time ?
In case of deliveries in Hungary, this final deadline is 15 o'clock CET on the day of delivery on weekdays. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays it is 10 o'clock CET. In case of deliveries to other countries, the final deadline is 24 hours before the requested delivery time. Please note also that your payment must also arrive at us by that time.
It is advisable to submit orders in case of deliveries on Sunday possibly until 10 o'clock on Saturday before because some of our florists may only work on Sunday if need arises, otherwise they remain closed. We can only guarantee delivery on Sunday for you if your order is placed and payment is completed on Santurday until the time written here, at the latest.
- How and in which way can I pay to you ?
Before all, please kindly note that you have to pay for your order always in advance. Neither are payments accepted by our delivering agents nor can we go to you to collect your payment. Processing your order will follow as soon as we receive your payment.
For customers in Hungary, we suggest bank transfer or cash deposit to our accounts held at Hungarian Foreign Trade Bank (MKB) and National Savings Bank (OTP) which have branches countrywide and you can complete your payment personally, too, at all branches of these banks in Hungary. You can also pay us by credit card.
For customers outside Hungary, we suggest payment by Paypal or Western Union international money transfer. Furthermore, you can also pay us by bank (wire) transfer or by credit card. You can read about our payment conditions in details on our order submission page and there you can select the most suitable payment method for you.
In case of bank transfer, you must pay us to the account number which will be written to you in your order confirmation mail. More details on order submission page and on the homepage of the company.
If your order value exceeds the sum of 260 US dollars ( 221 Euros, 66000 Forints ), we are unable to accept payment from you by credit card and Paypal because of security reasons (except for orders by returning customers as well as funeral and sympathy arrangements, but we reserve the right to consider and decline your payment in these cases as well). In this case, please select another available payment method on our order submission page.
Last, but not least, may we call your honourable attention to read always carefully and follow your order confirmation mail. If you do not keep our detailed payment instructions exactly, we will not be liable for any kind of damage or loss which may arise as a consequence because of it on your side.
- Do you accept payments by credit card ?
Yes, you can pay us by card using the services of the popular and widely-known Paypal as well as by OTP Bank. You do not even need to be a Paypal member to pay us by card, even though it is advisable to maintain a verified Paypal account for this purpose which makes your payment process easier. Terms of credit card acceptance are determined by Paypal as well as by OTP Bank in all cases.
- My card has been declined. What should I do, how can I pay you ?
If your card is declined, do not make another attempt and do not force payment that way, either, but contact our customer service immediately. In this case, we will give you our bank account number where you can either transfer money to or deposit cash at the bank. Customers outside Hungary can also pay by Western Union as well.
- Is your website secure for online payments ?
SzivNet Flower Delivery Service is offering SSL - encoded credit card payment option which is provided by Paypal as well as by OTP Bank. Paypal is a well-known and recognized financial service company applied and preferred by lots of other websites. In the other hand, OTP Bank is the biggest bank in Hungary. Customers who wish to pay by card, must enter appropriate payment data after order activation as requested on their secure payment page.
Paypal and OTP Bank determine themselves which cards they accept and from which countries and which not. We cannot influence them in this regard.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation that your card has been charged by the given sum. If your card is declined, you will get an error message.
You can only pay online by your card if your bank allowed that kind of transactions for it. Today most credit and debit cards are compatible for online payments. If your card is good to be used for CnP ( Card not Present ) payments, it means that its number is included in the database of international credit card centre and you may pay with it online.
Paypal's and OTP Bank's applied secure data transfer methods comply with the strictest available international norms. Payment is done on secure servers, we can neither see nor access any data of your card.
SSL is the abbreviation for Secure Socket Layer which is accepted and up-to-date encrypting method for these kind of payments. Paypal and OTP Bank have their own encrypting key by which they transfer data in a secure way. At this time, this encrypting method is applied by ca. 90 per cent of E-commerce transactions. Web browsers are encrypting credit card data before sending them to destination, so unauthorized persons cannot read and cannot make sense of them.
- I would like to keep my order confidential before third persons. Can you help me in this case ?
If you do not want that your payment should appear in your bank or credit card statement, we suggest you should pay us by Western Union from outside Hungary as well as by cash deposit at either of our banks in Hungary. In these cases, no trace will be available regarding your purchase and payment, they remain in secret.
You may also keep your own name confidential before your recipient. In this case, check the No option at the corresponding question on order submission form.
- Do I have a final deadline until my payment must arrive at you from my order placement ?
Yes, you have. We are waiting for your payment 1 banking day by cash deposit to our bank accounts and Hungarian domestic bank transfer, furthermore bank transfer from EU countries, 5 banking days by bank transfer from other countries, 1 day by Western Union, respectively 1 hour from the time of order placement by credit card and Paypal transfer.
Your payment must arrive at us 3 hours before shipping deadline at the latest or 1 hour before shipping deadline in case of Express delivery.
If no payment arrives from you until these deadlines, your order will be considered null and void and will be deleted.
- Which payment method do you recommend primarily, which may be the best for me ?

- Do you have any price reductions ?
If you buy any arrangement from our daily flower offer ( they can be found with a green background ), you will receive 10 per cent allowance if you order them in small size and 20 per cent if you order them in medium or large size, on the given day.
For customers who have bought flowers from us before, we grant a loyalty discount of 6 US dollars ( 5 Euros, 1520 Forints ).
If your order value reaches 120 US dollars ( 102 Euros, 30480 Forints ), this loyalty discount will be 10 US dollars ( 8 Euros, 2540 Forints ) for you.
If your order value is 200 US dollars ( 170 Euros, 50800 Forints ) or more, your loyalty discount will be 20 US dollars ( 16 Euros, 5080 Forints ).
These discounts are available only in case of deliveries by our own florist network.
- I have already purchased flowers from you and I have not received the above-mentioned loyalty discount this time. Why ?
There may be basically three reasons. Either you have not submitted your present order from that E-mail address which you used before or you have unsubscribed from our mailing list maintained for our customers of flowers or perhaps we have deleted your address from it because a mail bounced back from that address. In order to receive the loyalty discount, you are kindly requested to remain a subscriber to that mailing list, so that we could occasionally, max. three times a week, notify you about our promotions and discounts. If you unsubscribe, unfortunately you will lose your loyalty discount. If your E-mail address changed in the meantime or there is any other reason in your opinion why your loyalty discount is not indicated, please turn to our customer service with your complaint.
- What do sizes mean, how many flowers will my arrangement include ?
As visible on the pictures above, we cannot give you a definite answer on this question and it cannot be done so at all, either. Our arrangements are made by hand individually in each case and it has no sense to view them as a simple mass of definite pieces of flowers. When we compile an arrangement, our primary objective is that it must be beautiful and both your recipient and you should be satisfied with our work and like what we created. We are always doing our best to achieve the nicest result we can make out of your money. It is important to know that bouquets made from cheap flowers such as carnations, iris, freesias are relatively bigger and denser even in case of the same size selection than the ones compiled from expensive flowers (for example: orchids, curcuma).
In case of arrangements of medium and large size, if delivery is done by our own florist network, we will add a complimentary box of chocolates.
In case of funeral wreaths, sizes do not primarily mean the diameter of the wreath, but the quantity of material we use up for completing it. For small-size wreaths, we use up relatively few flowers, but large-size wreaths are decorated with plenty of flowers. In case of sympathy arrangements, it is included in product description which size the picture has been shot of.
- Can I buy cut flowers from you exactly by stems ?
You can buy fresh cut flowers by exact number of stems only in case of roses includung rose bouquets, rose baskets and boxes of roses as well. Click h e r e for details and to order.
- Can I order flower arrangements exactly by their value ?
You can order bouquets exactly by their value in case of most frequent species of flowers. Please look for Quick flower order on our website where you can simply submit your order after having selected colour, flower name, value and currency.
- On which days and what time do you deliver ?
In Hungary seven days a week in most cases, with the exception of New Year's Day, 1st of January. Delivery can be requested in Hungary between 8 and 19 o'clock CET on weekdays and between 8 and 13 o'clock CET on weekends. Our international partners do not deliver on weekends and holidays in general, but in many cases deliveries on Saturdays might be possible.
In Hungary, shipping between 19 and 21 o'clock on working days as well as between 13 and 21 o'clock on weekend and holidays is only available against an additional charge of 23 US dollars ( 20 Euros, 6000 Forints ) upon an agreement in advance. You may also request a downtime or night delivery every day between 21 and 8 o'clock CET against an extra charge of 59 US dollars ( 50 Euros, 15000 Forints ), also upon an agreement in advance.
Please also note that on Valentine's Day on 14th of February, on Women's Day on 8th of March as well as on Mothers' Day, on the first Sunday of May, we deliver on weekday terms.
Delivery may also be possible on Christmas days ( 25th and 26th December ), on Hungarian national holidays ( 15th March, 1st May, 20th August and 23rd October ) as well as on Good Friday, Holy Saturday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, furthermore on Whit Sunday and Whit Monday, too, against an extra charge of 59 US dollars ( 50 Euros, 15000 Forints ) if agreed previously. There is one exception if 1st of May is Sunday. In this case, we deliver as on weekdays because of Mothers' Day.
- Can I cancel my order after I had paid for it and will you refund my payment in this case ?
Since flower arrangements are perishable products which are compiled upon your order, moreover in many cases, raw materials needed for your order are purchased especially for you, refunds are only partially possible in case of cancellation. Until 48 hours preceding the requested delivery time, 50 per cent of your payment can be refunded, after this time, within 48 hours before delivery time, no refund is possible any more. If we fail to deliver because of our evident and proven fault, your payment will be fully refunded to you.
