Rules of participation in our program are as follows : your website cannot conflict law and cannot be of low quality and lacking in style our banners and affiliate codes can only be inserted to websites which have been previously approved. Whenever we experience that our banners are on a website which has not been approved, the concerned webmaster's earnings will be forfeited and he will be excluded from our program immediately. Therefore, please write to our customer service first for approval if you want to place your affiliate code on any other website else than allowed before. Commissions to affiliates are paid upon successful sales, on a pay-per-sale basis which is very simple. You must only remember one number which is namely our commission rate : 20 per cent We offer 20 per cent commission from income we realize from sales of flowers and all related items referred by you. More precisely, it will mean at least 7.1 Euros ( 9.1 USD ) commission for you per each referred sale if we count with our minimal order value, but it is important to mention that the vast majority of our flower order values are significantly higher than that. you will be informed about your performance by E-mail upon every event related to your account. Other statistics are not available. your commission will only be recognized as soon as payment from the customer you referred arrives at us or is credited to our account. Furthermore, it is also necessary that we find our banner or text link on your website when an order arrives with your affiliate code. If we cannot find it on your site at that time, we will suppose the customer comes from a search engine such as Google and not because of your promotional work, so in this case we will not recognize your commission. commissions are paid once a month provided their sum exceeds 50 USD ( 38 Euros ). If your commission is less in the given month, it will be rolled over to the next month until you reach this minimal payout level. possible methods of commission payout : bank transfer or Paypal transfer. our affiliate program cannot be promoted on mailing lists, chat sites and unsolicited mail disturbing others. Whenever we receive the first complaint about you for spamming anybody's mailbox, you will be banned from our program and your earnings will be forfeited. your application will be deleted without further notification if it is obviously unserious, false, if you do not tell us your entire name and exact address, if your website is not reachable or you give us a webpage which is obviously not in your maintenance or it is "under construction" and has no content yet You can download our banners from here ( a new window will be opened in your browser ). Please do not use other banners than those. In order to avoid false applications and possible abuse, please insert our affiliate code and banners to your site within 48 hours from your approval. If we cannot find them there, your application will be deleted because we suppose you are not the owner of the given website. Occassinally, we check your website whether our banner or link is displayed and we also watch the traffic you send to us. Whenever we cannot find our link on your site, or  no clicks arrive from you during a week  or if you are unable to refer at least  one confirmed sale during any 6 consecutive months , we will delete you from our registry of affiliates and terminate agreement with you, effective immediately and without notice. We must do this because we only need webmasters working with us effectively, successfully and seriously. We have run our program on a much larger scale before and found that only approx. 10 per cent of the affiliates would bring in the vast majority of our referred sales. It is exactly that 10 per cent that we want to work with. A few words about those who are welcome to our program and for whom it is not worth joining. It is worth joining and you are most welcome to our program if your website is about dating, matchmaking, gifts and flowers or any other themes closely related to these, including florist catalogues if you maintain catalogue website or a link collection webpage of reasonable traffic if your site is closely related to support of internet commerce ( product catalogue sites, coupon sites ) if you maintain a well-known virtual postcard website if you are primarily targeting visitors being at least 25 years or above who have their own income and are able to pay on the internet if your site has at least 100 - 200 unique visitors per day if your website's Google Pagerank value is 4 or higher. We do not need you as our affiliate if your website is stored on a free webpage storage provider such as Tripod, Geocities, Iscool, etc. and has no relevant traffic. Furthermore, we are not interested in sex or warez websites, either. Due to our experience so far, the efficiency of all above mentioned websites is zero. It is not really worth joining if your website has fewer than 100 unique visitors per day and you do not target visitors who are able to pay. if your website's Google PageRank value is less than 3 Even though these websites mentioned latter will not be automatically declined, in most cases you will only be wasting your own time if you participate in our program. If we do not respond to your application within 24 hours, it means we thank you for your interest, but we are not interested in cooperation with you.
