Rules of participation in our affiliate program are as follows :

• your website cannot conflict law and cannot be of low quality and lacking in style
• one webmaster will be given only one code. If you maintain more websites than one, you have to insert that code into all of them.
• our banners and affiliate codes can only be posted on websites which have been previously approved. Whenever we experience that our banners are on a website which has not been approved, the concerned webmaster's earnings will be forfeited and he will be excluded from our program immediately. Therefore, please write to our customer service first for approval if you want to place our code on any other website else than allowed before.
• Commissions of participating webmasters will be paid upon successful sales, on a pay-per-sale basis. Our rates are as follows :
• upon individual sale of our lady ad holders' contact data :    3 US dollars / each
• upon sale of membership :     30 per cent of our income
• in case of flower orders we offer 10 per cent of the basic price of the sold item
• upon sales to customers sent by webmasters you referred, you receive 10 per cent of their commission.
• if you refer a new dating lady ad holder whose introduction is posted online for free, your commission will be 2 US dollars
  In order to avoid abuses and false applications, in this case we will only pay you this commission of 2 US dollars as soon as the contact data of the lady you sent is sold for the first time by an individual sale. Accordingly, if you refer that customer, too, you receive not only 3 US dollars per sale, but 5 US dollars for her first sale.
• you will be informed about your performance by E-mail upon every event related to your account. Other statistics are not available.
• for the unambiguity's sake, your commission will only be recognized as soon as payment of the customer you referred arrives at us or is credited to our account or the customer creditably proves up payment. Furthermore, it is also necessary that we find our banner or text link on your website when an order arrives with your code. If we cannot find our code on your site at that time, we will suppose the customer comes from a search engine such as Google and not because of your promotional work, so in this case we do not recognize your commission.
• commissions are paid once a month provided their sum exceeds 60 US dollars. If your commission is less in the given month, it will be rolled over to the next month until you reach this minimal payout level.
• possible methods of commission payout : bank transfer, Moneybookers, Epassporte or Paypal transfer. Therefore, you are kindly requested to tell us your contact data accurately as we cannot take any responsibility for any damages originating from your badly provided data.
• our affiliate program cannot be promoted on mailing lists, chat sites and unsolicited mail. Whenever we receive the first complaint about you for spamming anybody's mailbox, you will be banned from our program and your earnings will be forfeited.
  However, we support and we encourage you to write about our affiliate program to your friends in private mail.
  In this case please write your referral code in your message which will be sent to you.
• your application will be deleted without further notification if it is obviously unserious, false, if you do not tell us your entire name and exact address, if your website is not reachable or you give us a webpage which is obviously not in your maintenance or it is "under construction" and has no content yet

You can download the banners of Szivnet Dating, Matchmaking and Flower Delivery Service from here ( a new window will be opened in your browser ). Please do not use other banners than those.

Occassinally, we check your website whether our banner or promotional text is displayed and we also watch the traffic you send to us. If we do not find our affiliate link on your site or no traffic arrives from you or if you are unable to refer at least  one confirmed sale during any 6 consecutive months, , we will delete your code from our registry and terminate affiliate agreement with you, effecting immediately and without notice. We must do this because we only need webmasters working with us effectively, successfully and seriously. We have run our program on a much larger scale before and found that only 10 per cent of the affiliates would bring in the vast majority of our referred sales. It is exactly that 10 per cent that we want to work with.

Finally, a few words about those who are welcome to our program and for whom it is not worth joining.

It is worth joining and you are most welcome to our program :

• if your website is written about dating, matchmaking, flowers or any other themes closely related to these, including dating and flower catalogues
• you are primarily targeting visitors being at least 25 years or above who have their own income and are able and willing to pay on the internet
• if your site has at least 100 - 200 unique visitors per day

• if your website is stored on a free webpage storage provider such as Tripod, Geocities, Iscool, etc. and has no relevant traffic. Furthermore, we do not need sex or warez websites as affiliates, either. Due to our experience so far, the efficiency of all above mentioned websites is zero.

• if your website has fewer than 100 unique visitors per day and you do not target visitors who are able to pay.
• if your website deals in completely other themes than dating and matchmaking or flowers
• if your website's Google PageRank value is less than 3
