Our partners' task is to provide us with new profiles ( attractive, nice, independent ladies under 40 years with serious dating or marriage intentions ) who are interested in finding their match or soulmate with the help of internet.
Our business terms and conditions are as follows : -
we will post the introductions online on our website which you send to us. You must send us one or two clear coloured photo of your applicants without your company logo and their introduction must be compliant with our registration page.
- we need all data about your ladies which are visible on our ad submission page, especially their own E-mail address ( if any ), telephone number and postal address.
- you must be able to send us at least 20 profiles per month. We are not interested to work with agencies having fewer new clients than that.
- your new profiles must remain online on our website till 180 days at least from the date of their publication. If you request an earlier deletion, a deletion fee of 30 USD will be subtracted from your accumulated commission. Deletions after 180 days are free.
- you are fully responsible for the validity of your ads and you must inform us immediately if you get information about that a lady ad holder of yours is not dating any more, got engaged or not available any more because of any other reason
- whenever there is a sale of your ladies' contact data, you will be notified about in each case and we increase their number of sales by one on their introduction page, so you can easily control the popularity of your ladies. It is also displayed how many hits their page has received.
- our offered payment term is simple : you receive 2 ( two ) US dollars for each sale of your ladies' contact data regardless if we sell them by individual sale or they are requested by our membership holders.

Your commission will be paid as soon as you reach our minimal payout level of 60 USD. Available payment methods are bank transfer, Moneybookers, Epassporte, Paypal or Western Union international money transfer. Western Union transfer fee will be subtracted from your payable sum, payouts by the other three means mentioned are free of charge.

Without question, the lady in question will be deleted from our database if we receive any complaints from our customers about the lady's unavailability. If we experience you send us unavailable ladies or bad ads, cooperation with you will be terminated and all your ladies will be deleted and your accumulated commission will be forfeited.

you may have your own dating website, but you are not allowed to copy out profiles from any other websites which are not in your possession. Whenever we experience this, it will also mean immediate termination of cooperation with you.
